Mid-Wisconsin Accountholders May Have RCA 2Q 2013

In a 11/28/12 press release, Nicolet National Bank in Wisconsin announced a definitive merger agreement with Mid-Wisconsin Bank.  When the merger concludes (anticipated in 2Q 2013), Mid-Wisconsin will be merged into and become part of Nicolet.  Following the merger, Nicolet will be the sixth largest bank holding company based in Wisconsin. 

Nicolet, which has a 4-star rating on DA, currently offers a 3%/$25k reward checking account limited to residents of its geographical area.  Mid-Wisconsin Bank, which has a 2-star health rating on DA, does not currently offer an RCA.
