Would you care to elaborate please? It's impossible for them to hold checks "Far to long", since Reg CC stipulates how long a bank can place a hold on a check. If you disagree with the hold time, write or call the Federal reserve and tell them how displeased you are.
"sends delayed statements"- Have you ever heard of "e-statements"? It's the new craze among kids 18 to 70 years of age. Best of all, VIST offers them free. As well as online banking for free! If you're not into the computer thing, it's probably best you put your money under the mattress.
"Horrible Hours"- So lets get this straight: They were open 7:00am to 9:00pm when you opened your account, then all the suddent changed to 9-4 M to Thurs, and 9-6 on Friday? It's a shame they didn't tell you of the change of hours when you joined!! That must be so hard, because I know when I join a bank, I know what the hours are BEFORE I sign up. Surely, you must have known the hours of VIST, were happy with them until they changed them on you. I mean, only an irresponsible person would open a bank account without knowing the hours of the bank. But you don't seem like that type of person. Reach out to Tina McDonald over there. I know Tina personally, and she's about as smart and reasonable as they come. She can get the hours changed back to what they were before you opened the account.
