Definitely NOT from its customer reviews, that's for **** sure. Can only be from its bulging coffers overflowing with money from the fees they charge their customers. TD Bank is a poor shadow of Commerce Bank way back when. Their policy is to be DEAF, DUMB, and BLIND to their customers' happiness with their service. As long as they can continue charging and collecting the insane fees, they will be healthy.

I got fed up with their fees as well. Started out when they were called TD Banknorth. Great customer service, hardly any fees, no minimum balance and no-fee ATM transactions. After the merger, fees started creeping up so I switched banks. Not recommended.
