Darkdreamer, I was underwhelmed myself.  It just doesn't seem worth the effort.  In this case the R should probably stand for Really Reduced, but that would make the account My LifeStyle (Really Reduced) Checking Account and that just doesn't have the same ring to it.  =)

On the other hand, look at the bright side.  If you meet the requirements you can then also earn 0.35% on unlimited balances in the associated My LifeStyle Savings account.

I can get 3x as much at other banks for unlimited balances sans the extra hoops...
