Not sure if allowed but I see under the rate changes, deals etc forum, some folks make a comment on a financial institution and then advertise for purchase other stuff. Is this legal? Seems like spam to me or at the least a hackers way in.

If you find other spamish comments or posts, please let us know. One easy way to inform us is to click the "Report this" link under a forum post or blog comment.
