Horrible Customer Service

Pro tip: If you are on the phone with account security when creating a savings account make sure absolutely nobody is talking in the background. Otherwise they will ask "Is there any reason why someone is whispering" and will then claim that "someone else is on the line in he house whispering". Oh, I forgot. They may also ask for the names of your family members in the room with you because they did indeed hear whispering and they "know what they heard". At least that was my first (and last) experience with this company. You work in a call center, not for the CIA. Unbelievable.


Sorry, I suck at details. A supervisor will then listen to the recorded conversation because they don't believe you and when they hear no "whispering" will try to continue setting up your account as if nothing happened. Not so much as a simple apology.


Oh, and if I REALLY want to get internet lawyer on your ass I live in Maryland and it's against Maryland wiretap law to record a conversation without my consent. So thank you for breaking the law too.Just ask Linda Tripp, she will tell you ALL about Maryland wiretap law.
