UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE

Service Credit Union (2 stars)
I have recently moved up here to NH and started an account with Service Credit Union. I mostly do my banking online but when I need to go to the bank I go to the location in Walmart. I have NEVER experienced the unprofessionalism in a bank like there is here. There is an emplyee named [redacted] that has the worst mouth and such a poor attitude about other Service Credit Union branch employees. For one she gets too personal with account holders. She has given out information on other peoples accounts to other account holders. This type of service has reflected my opinion on going with another bank, as I DO NOT want my information shared or talked about with other people. That is nobody else's business but MINE!!

I would probably go to the main office with my complaint. Make it in a strong written form citing dates, times and etc's. See if that gets the results you think are necessary. Might also indicate your personal situation as far as using that branch and that you would like to see some improvements or you might start banking elsewhere.

Hello and thanks for the post. I work at Service Credit Union and can assure you that any comments received via email , comment card, or by phone are reviewed and acted upon.

You can either DM me and I will have the Assistant Vice President in charge of that branch reach out and contact you by phone or email, or just send an email to our regular email address (scu@servicecu.org) and let us know what happened so we can address it.You can also call our main phone number 800-936-7730 and speak to our main contact center. They may not be able to put you directly in touch with the AVP but they will take your information and you will receive a call within the next business day. (Normally we are there 24/7, but due to the blizzard, we won't be back until Sunday 2/10).

Service CU Members Service,

Please take this original complaint with a grain of salt.

First, the original post should never mention the name/work place.  It should be dealt with privately through proper channels for the protection of the (potentially) innocent.

Second, such a poster has the wrong attitude of personal attack in the open internet forum.

Please consider this matter objectively and do not place blame on your employee unfairly.

BR,

51

Note: Thanks much Ken to clarify the forum policy for us.
