The 'Other' College-Savings Account

The Coverdell Education Savings Account had faced expiration of key provisions in 2010 and 2012. But now, with a new lease on life from the recent "fiscal cliff" tax compromise, it can be a more-useful tool for dedicated savers, well-off families and even some who save only modestly for college.
