Does Any Reader Have Information On The Interest Penalty For Suntrust Certificates

@Anonymous #428, I just did a new post on the SunTrust certificate with info on the early withdrawal penalty.

@Mary, @Will, @51hh, @me1004, I'll do some research on this issue. A reader had reported a problem with being wrongfully allowed into a credit union due to a credit union mistake. I'll see if I can get more details on his experience.
