Variable Annutiy Geared For Active Trading?

Sunday, March 10, 2013 - 11:02 AM
Dear Readers,

Do you know of any Variable Annuity that is geared for active trading?

Attributes I need are:
  • Generous selection of "Variable Annuity" brands of Mutual Funds from Guggenheim / Pro / DireXion.
  • Generous selection of "Variable Annuity" brands of mutual funds from other providers with 7 days hold period on most of them.
  • No transaction fees for buying/selling
  • No surrender period
  • Trading dead-line that allows the same day trade up-until 1 hour prior to market close.
I've analyzed selection from Nation Wide, Ameritas and Jefferson National.  So far best I've found is Jeff Nat.  Will like to get your inputs if there are some that you like?

Dear Readers,

There seems to be some sort or colaboration between USAA and Ameritas.  I'm unclear as to what it is. URLS for the details of Annuities I referenced in earlier post are given below:

.. 1) Ameritas: http://advisorva.com/

.. 2) Jefferson National: http://www.jeffnat.com

.. 3) Nation Wide:  << I don't have it anymore >>

Dear Readers,

Okay ... Decided to do some web-search.

At the first glance, I guess I've found one more choice - Security Benefit.  Seems like they have quite a few different types.  One that seems to be of some interest to me is the one given below.

The lst of the "Investing Strategies" is what I need in a VA, especially the last one mentioned in the Fact Sheet.
