Arvest Bank Acquires 29 Bank Of America Branches

Bank of America is decreasing in size for a change (at least a little bit). It has sold 29 of its branches in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas to Arvest Bank. The sale also includes certain deposit accounts and loans associated with these branches). The transition to Arvest will occur on March 22, 2013.
