I logged in this morning to pay my credit card bill at Chase and received the following message:
"We were unable to complete your transaction We're sorry. We're unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later (2007)"
A CSR in the online banking division confirmed that the problem with the payment system began this morning and stated there is no timeline for when the problem may be resolved. In the meantime, they have been instructed to accept payments made through the CSRs fee-free (not sure if they normally charge a fee for doing so).
