At first I thought the article was just going to discuss the interest rate risk, but it didn't touch that issue.

no 1  cares about the data all they my self  included care about is the yield most of my bonds yield 4.5 to 6 percent  with many of them being munis  people who waste their money in worthless cds are commiiting financial  suicide  imho
