Problem Posting On Reward Checking Forum

Wednesday, July 3, 2013 - 10:16 AM
I'm trying to post a rate drop for Community Trust Bank on the reward checking forum. After entering URL, site brings up a page asking for states to which post applies (there is no default state indicated), I click TX and fill out the data but when I try to post or preview I get an error saying "You must select nationwide or at least one state that this post applies to." again with the choose state page coming up with no checks. I also tried checking Nationwide with the same results.

The forum had some posting problems yesterday evening as well, when it always returned as "insufficent words."  it seemed recovered today.  FYSA.

51hh, is correct. There was an upgrade to the text editor being implemented yesterday, but this proved to be problematic. The original text editor was brought back late last night and will remain in effect until we prove out the new text editor. Sorry for the problems.

BTW, I can't seem to find an entry for Community Trust Bank (www.ctbonline.com) on the list of reward checking accounts under TX, LA or MS

Thanks elarh for trying it again. It looks like there was an issue in restoring the text editor to its original state. Sorry about that. I've forwarded this problem to my technical partner.

And thanks for the alert regarding the Community Trust Bank reward checking account. For some reason, we're not listing it in the tables. I've put in request to get this added. It should be added in the next few days.
