First Trade Union Bank (FTUB) revised its' online logon procedure
this weekend requiring entry of a "security code" before completing
the login process.
FTUB will only send you this "security code" via (1) Telephone, or
(2) Text message to a mobile phone. Problem is that if you don't
happen to have access to either of these, you cannot login! If
you're displeased with this no-email restriction please let FTUB
know (e-mail, phone contacts below).
All others (ALLY, SFGI, etc.) that have implemented this handshake
also provide the "security code" via the more convenient e-mail route.
When I contacted FTUB here's the reply I got:

Per our telephone conversation in regards to online
verification, at the time there are currently no plans
to offer online verfication through email however we
cannot say for certain whether that will not change in
the future. As you had mentioned, you must take the
necessary steps to ensure that you are able to log
into your account here at First Trade.
