Summers Now Front-Runner For Fed Chairman

Larry Summers is now the front-runner to be the next Federal Reserve Chairman, the Washington Post's Wonkblog reported, citing unnamed sources "inside and outside the process." The former Treasury secretary is seen as liked by President Barak Obama and trusted in a crisis, whereas Fed vice chair Janet Yellen isn't known as well by Obama or other top White House economic aides, the report says.

"President Obama seems to think that the country should be thankful to Larry Summers that we didn’t have another Great Depression. This is like telling little kids that if they don’t eat their spinach the bogeyman will get them."

Then why vote? Why have a president? Why have senators or representatives. We deserve who we vote for. Think you may be in the wrong country.
