Bank Foreclosed And Repossessed Wrong House

Thursday, July 25, 2013 - 5:27 AMThe First National Bank of Wellston - Details
First National Bank of Wellston in Ohio repossessed the wrong house. The owner of the house estimates the cost of what she lost to be $18,000, but the bank president is refusing to pay. According to this article the bank is trying to come to terms with the woman. I think the bank should be happy that she only wants $18,000. It’s not only the value of the items that were taken but the time and effort to replace everything. And there’s the personal items that can’t be replaced.
