Issued on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Interest paid every May 1st and November 1st.

Oh!  Did you see that 5 year rate??  Why does it have to be in a foreign country??   I like and respect Israel but too much going on over there right now.  Why can't we have such great rates as they do?

Are you fearful they will be destroyed and you will lose your money?  Something has been "going on over there" since 1948. I'd be just as concerned about our own country. We don't have "such great rates as they do" because their markets are more open than ours.

Yes and Yes.  Why can't they finally make peace so I won't be so concerned about buying foreign investments?  For that fact, I am beginning to be concerned about US CDs since we aren't the most beloved country anymore.  Maybe it's time to buy a bigger mattrasse. :)
