I've actually had very good success with this bank over the past month. ATM rebates, the 4.5% interest rate, and the bonus were all great, and I've had good customer service through their secure message system.
The requirements for the bonus are a little strange though -- you get 15 dollars for each AUTOMATED billpay that you set up in the 60 days period -- that's a lot of bills.
