161 Banks Troubled According to TheStreet.com

TheStreet.com has compiled a list of 161 banks that it considers undercapitalized. It reviewed several of the largest troubled banks in this article. Some of the larger banks on the list include Sterling Savings Bank in Washington State, Hanmi Bank in California, ShoreBank in Illinois and Hillcrest Bank in Kansas.
