It's available to qualified members in CA that have a credit score of 740 or higher.  No down payment required, fixed rate for term of the loan, no prepay penalty fees and calculated on simple interest. I worked with Santos who returned calls promptly, confirmed receipt of faxes, did everything he said he was going to do, and went beyound to expedite the process due to a surprise deadline that was a result of car dealership monkey business. I searched the web high and low but could not find a better rate for the 60 month term. 

Mortgage Discount Promo: My mom's boyfriend is refinancing his home loan with Western as the have a promo for NO Closing Costs & NO Processing Fee. The 30 year fixed rate looks really good.
