Clear Sky Account Rates Fall

Clear Sky Accounts' Savings, Checking and CD rates fell earlier this week. I'm afraid I missed the change until today. Here's a summary of the changes:

Savings Account - 1.40% APY (was 1.50%)
Checking Account (top tier) - 1.35% APY (was 1.45%)
30-month CD - 2.05% APY (was 2.50%)
13-month CD - 1.06% APY (was 1.50%)
