15 Most Hated Fees - Credit Card Fees On Top

CNNMoney.com's list of the 15 most hated fees includes many bank and credit card fees. The first one on the list is being charged for not charging. A few credit card issuers have started charging annual fees on less active users. This has happened for some Citibank and US Bank customers.
