Union Bank's CD Specials: 2.50% 3-Year, 1.75% 2-Year

I'm afraid Union Bank reduced its 2-year CD special since my June Union Bank review. It has fallen from 2% to 1.75% APY. However, they continue to offer 2.50% APY on their 3-year CD which is very competitive (unfortunately).

Minimum deposit is $10K, and they require that you have a checking account that remains open for the term of the CD.
