Anyone Have Any Experience With Georgia Bank & Trust

I saw today that Georgia Bank & Trust was offering a rewards checking account that they call "Impact Checking". Looks like the requirements are 10 debit transactions, e-statements, and 1 direct deposit, ACH, or Billpay. The qualifying rate is 4.01% on the first 25k and 1.01% above that, and 0.10% for the non-qualifying rate. The minimum required to open an account is $50. There are unlimited ATM refunds if you qualify. Any other info that anyone has? I didn't see this account listed anywhere on the site.

Effective 12-16-2010, the rate is now 2.51% up to 25k, 0.60% over, and 0.10% non-qualifying.

I don't see this account listed in the Checking | Reward Checking lists.
