Catching Credit Report Errors

Saturday, August 21, 2010 - 2:23 PM
Jim at Bargaineering showed how Credit Karma service helped him to find a credit report error. The Credit Karma score is a TransUnion credit score which is not the real FICO score. Nevertheless, it still can be useful to identify unusual changes in your credit score. It's also free with no trial period.

Another free option for a free credit score is at Digital Credit Union which offers its members free Equifax FICO Credit Score. Alliant Credit Union also offers a FICO score, but like Credit Karma, it's not the real FICO score.
