USAA Bank's Long-Term CD Rate Cuts

I forgot to report last week of USAA Bank's rate cuts on its 7-year CDs:

• 3.92% APY (was 3.96%) min $175,000
• 3.66% APY (was 3.70%) min $95,000
• 3.51% APY (was 3.60%) min $1,000

With the 10-year Treasury yield falling near to a 17-month low, we might see more of these cuts at both USAA Bank and at other banks.
