Customer Service Experiences...They Are Wonderful:)
Darby Direct (5 stars)I have been banking w/Darby approx. a couple of years now, and have a substantial amount of funds w/them in couple of stepped up CD's, & no-penalty w/d CD's. Just make sure you are covered under FDIC coverages- just like you should be at any bank
Every time I have a question, or need clarification, the customer service reps I have dealt with have been wonderful. They have answered the questions in a very courteous, professional manner, are extremely diligent, and have treated me like a valued member of their bank. Each time I call, which has been several times over the past couple of years, I have hung up the phone w/a feeling of being an appreciated customer, and have been treated w/ extreme respect.
I wish the banks in New York can be trained by Darby Bank to be as attentive, and customer friendly as they are on a consistent basis. Have spoken to Meagan(few times-EXTREMELY nice), Sharon-likewise, and Jill.
Bravo to customer service...keep up the great work.
