With the news
of Canada's central bank raising rates, it had me wondering what Canada's ING Direct
looks like. It's only for Canadian residents, but I thought it would be interesting to see how our rates compare.
The rates are a little bit higher. The Canadian version of the Orange savings account has a yield of 1.50% compared to 1.10% in the U.S. They also have a Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA) that pays 2.00%. TFSA is something we need in the U.S. (see my review
