Chase.Com Down In Lengthy Crash

Chase's online banking website has been offline for most of Tuesday, a prolonged outage the company blamed on unspecified "technical issues."

I just checked chase.com at 8:22pm CDT (9/14/2010), and it's still down:
Our website is temporarily unavailable. We're working quickly to restore access. Please log on later.

chase.com has been downed since Monday night.  I have an ACH xfer in from my CU on Monday morning.  The money has been debited from my CU on Monday noon already and it suppose to be credited to my Chase account this morning.  Now this money is in no where land!!!  What can I do????

It looks like chase.com finally fixed the website problem. I was able to log into my Chase account this morning. They must have fixed the problems late Tuesday night.

I wasn't able to login yet. I got the following error:

We’re unable to complete your request. Please reenter your User ID and Password or click “Forgot your User ID/Password?”. You also may want to make sure your computer’s Date and Time setting is correct.

UID/PW pair i’m entering is correct. 

When I verify the balance by phone this morning, the ACH xfer got posted finally.  Thank god...

I was finally able to log on at 11pm PDT Tuesday night.  Seems OK now.

Chase published an apology for their website outage. It looks like in addition to online access, online bill payments were also affected. Here's an excerpt:
Online Bill Payments scheduled for September 13, 14 or 15 were processed by Wednesday night, September 15. It is not necessary to reschedule these payments. If you scheduled a payment during those dates, but do not see it reflected in your payment activity by September 16, please contact us.

We will refund any late fees that you may have incurred as a result of our delay in processing your payment.
