Archer Bank

This is by far the worse manager ever in bank history. ([Name Removed]) He works at the archer bank at archer and pulaski, I incountered service charges from a situation that was out of my control. My branch in Burbank was nice enough to hellp me out with some fees like $96. out of $400. The best they can do, well Archer bank didn't pay out a penny, it was all service charges due to a billing problem with Xsport fitness. My branch knows I have a 11 year old boy that is being treated with bone narrow cancer and everyday is a struggle, I live paycheck to paycheck and sometimes its hard putting food on the table. This manager [Name Removed], goes into my account and reverses the fees right before he knows my little paycheck was going in. If thats not crooked I don't know what is.. Stay away from this bank, I will be going to the media on this guy.. Then when I try to contact him, by phone, visiting branch and emails hes no where to be found! I feel sorry for this guy when he has to answer to god!

1. Thursday, October 21, 2010 - 12:07 AMIf the Area Manager reversed the fees that hit the account, that would have put money back into the account, no? So, it sounds to me like this Area Manager was trying to help. How is the bank responsible for YOUR billing problems with a fitness club membership that you shouldn't be able to afford, given your "11 year old boy"'s "bone narrow [sic] cancer"? And, as for bank employees "knowing" the medical details of its customers' families, well, that's nonsensical. Sounds to me like someone was fired from the bank for gross incompetence, and this is the best that disturbed individual could do to retaliate. So sad. I'm flagging the original post for spam.
