Local 2% APY 11 Month CD And 2% APY Money Market @ Customers Bank (2755)

Customers Bank of Pennsylvania ( Customers Bank :: Welcome to Customers Bank ), currently has 2 promos going on, an 11 Month 2% APY CD and a 2% APY, Money Market ($10,000 minimum deposit) for residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. CSR stated the Money Market rate of 2% has been holding steady for about a year now so I don't know if that means a rate decrease is eminent or not. Additional info FYI, Customers Bank had recently acquired failed ISN Bank of Cherry Hill, NJ.

I'd like to clarify my above post. It seems those of us who have signed up for the Winter Money Market Promotion are still getting a 2% APY on the MM account as of Dec 11 2010. Rates after logging in to my account have not changed yet.

On CB's rates page, there is now a Holiday MM Promotion offering the 1.75% APY for balances > $10k.

Here's hoping they grandfathered the 2% APY in for awhile and replaced it with a different offer.

Winter Money Market rates (originally 2% APY) are now down from 1.4% to 1.3% as of 6/17/11
