ING Direct's Special 2-Year IRA CD - 1.75%

I received an email from ING Direct about this special 24-month IRA CD. The 1.75% APY is 40 bps above their regular 24-month CD yield (1.35% APY).

A 1.75% APY is low for a 2-year CD, but unfortunately, it's a competitive rate these days.

However, the best deal for both 2-year regular CDs and IRA CDs is at iGObanking which is still offering a 2.25% APY (see post).
