Capital One's Costco and the standard InterstPlus savings account rates were cut by 5 basis points:
  • Costco InterestPlus Online Savings Account - 1.35% APY (was 1.40%)
  • InterestPlus Online Savings Account - 1.30% APY (was 1.35%)
