I agree with you. Their new ACH system sucks to the utmost; with a lot of confusion. Their CSRs suck as well since they are giving wrong information to customers all the time; and they are stubborn as hell. I got mad challenging them with the right answer!
I used to like their 24-7 customer service, now it is the most stupid bank as far as I am concerned. How a simple change of a bank will change the image of the entire bank overnight!! JUst watch Ally falls...
Now the Ally Motto: We are great when everything is ok; but we are clueless should there be ... God forbid ... a problem with our system!! Then ... May God have mercy on you and your fund!!
