Wtdirect Extends $300 New-Account Bonus

WTDirect's savings account bonus in which you can make up to $300 has been extended from 10/31 to 11/12/2010 11/30/2010.

Here's a quick summary of the bonus. Deposit the following amounts for 3 months to receive these bonuses:

• $100 bonus for a $10,000 balance
• $150 bonus for a $25,000 balance
• $300 bonus for a $50,000 balance

WTDirect did another extension of the bonus.

The end date has been pushed out from 11/12/2010 to 11/30/2010.

The long-term value of WTDirect is now a little bit of a question after it was announced that Wilmington Trust will merge with M&T Bank Corporation. As I described in this post, M&T Bank has squashed the rate of all of its internet savings accounts.
