$5 Million is just the tax value. Dave Ramseys house in Cool Springs is worth $9-10 Million retail.

Also, the article points out that Dave Ramsey's average monthly electric bill for the past year is also $1,285. I wonder if the home is geothermal, LEED certified or any of the other green residential designations.
