Is the economy starting to pick up?
Yes, it is expected that the economy will be driving north and the CD's will be too. It would be incorrect for banks to manipulate the CD's rates down rather than up since everything is indicating an up turn slowly but sure. The 29 months CD offered by American Eagle Bank should hold at its present rate of 2.6% for very many more months.   And it have to go upwards from 2.6% as the Feds efforts of recovery are focus on accomplishing the removal of any obstacles. If anything contrary to recovery occurs, BERNANSKI,  the federal economist responsible, is to be blame to his loosing his post. President Obama should hold him with a rope around his neck because Bernanski then have committed a betrayal act.  We the American people are not so bad, why a reasonable God would give us a horrible famine to destroy our means of business and survival.  God gave America the recovery and investment act, why men is so slow to make it work? Every one participating in the recovery act is accountable to a higher power, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  If every one involved in this recovery does its work as expected then the CD's will be again in healthy grounds. That 29 months CD, from American eagle Bank, is just got to go up to better pastures. So it is decreed, so it shall be.
