iGObanking.com is offering a 15-month CD with a 1.50% APY as of 11/16/2010.

This is the best short-term CD deal that iGObanking is currently offering. The rate plummets to 0.50% for all shorter term CDs.

I'm not sure why I didn't mention this 15-month CD in my last blog post on iGObanking CDs. If you group it with 1-year CDs, it's near the top.
