I also saw what you did on my statement and its 12/22 and I am still waiting, They say they shipped it snail mail. Has anyone gotten it? They did not ship themn out until 12/15 either

Bank of the West (0 stars) - DetailsIf you signed up for the free iPod deal and completed all the requirements, you should see an entry in your checking account transaction list that looks something like:
CREDIT PROMO OFFER - IPOD TOUCH $199 VALUE
This means you properly qualified, and your iPod should be delivered on or before December 15th, 2010
