Bring Back Wamu!!

I wish they were still WaMu and offered good products. WaMu cared about customers and even gave a little bit of interest.

Chase doesn't care and their customer service could care less about keeping your business. I was told that "you'll be back" after I told them I might close my account in favor of my ally account.

Their banking side leaves much to be improved.

It's too bad that the mortgage department at WAMU went crazy with greed and made all those sub-prime mortgages and loans to people who couldn't really afford the homes they purchased. The regular banking side of WAMU was great with courteous employees and outstanding products and top-tier deposit rates. Chase has completely turned the business upside down with increased fees, some of the lowest deposit rates around, and employees that seem depressed to be working there.
