Consumer Price Inflation Remains Low In November

Despite an increase in producer prices, consumers didn't see much inflation in November. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by just 0.1% last month, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The Savings Bond Advisor shows how this will impact the future Series I bond inflation component:
If inflation for all six months of this period matches the rate during the first two months, the next I bond inflation component would be 1.00%.
