Credit Union With Membership Requirements

You need to be an employee of one of their member companies. Or related to an employee. Or related to a person with an account allready.

Giant is the big employee. There's a list under the "member" selection in the navigation bar across the top.

The rate is accurate as of 12/29/2010 of 4% up to 50,000. Pretty amazing. Only 1 account per person.

Unfortunately CSR confirmed there is no association membership available as an alternate means of qualifying, but if you can meet the criteria, this is an amazing find - great cap, great rate, manageable debit card requirements, and top-rated institution.

It has been a while since I did a review of this account. I'm glad to see the rate and balance cap are still holding up. Hopefully, we'll have some readers who will be able to qualify.
