Anyone Know Of Any Online Checking Accounts With A Visa/MC Check Card That Does Not Do A Hard Pull?

Hey guys.. anyone know of any online Checking accounts with a Visa/MC Check Card that does not do a hard pull? Looks like Schwabb, ING, iGoBanking all do hard pulls.. not sure where to find one who does not. thanks

Fidelity did not do a hard pull for me.

Flagstar. You might even get a bonus for opening that one, and it is a soft TU pull I am told.
