Best Credit Cards That Avoid Foreign Transaction Fees

Most major credit card issuers charge foreign transaction fees between 2% and 3% when you use the credit card overseas. There are few notable exceptions including Capital One. Nerd Wallet has a useful list of those credit cards with no foreign transaction fees. They just added to this list several credit unions including PenFed, Vystar, Addison Avenue, ESL and Truliant.
