Blogger's Lending Club Investment Returns

The Five Cent Nickel blogger reviewed the 2010 performance of his $10K Lending Club portfolio. Lending Club is a person-to-person lending service that removes the bank from the process. Accounts are not FDIC insured.

His account has returned 8.8% in 2010. He says the primary downside has been the time it takes to select the loans. He also warns it's too early to predict the long-term returns.
