PNC Bank is a welcome relief in an industry that is increasingly treating customers like myself as just numbers or profit margins.  I was a long time customer of two "national" banks that continued to nickel and dime my accounts and then give me weak explainations about it.  I chose to try PNC after getting a mailer from my old bank offering me the opportunity to recover some unjustified fees only to have them rudely contradicted by the "national" banks manager.  After all the unneeded fees and "bait and switch" tatics at my old banks, I am so happy at PNC.  For close to two years, no hidden and tricky fees, a great branch manager, friendly attentive customer service.  PNC Bank really goes out of their way to earn your trust and business.
