How do you spend that pot of money and make it last 30 years after the paychecks stop? For many, according to retirement specialists, the fear of spending savings too quickly can become paralyzing, leading them to forgo their dreams.

I can see how there can be an inclination to over save and under spend when there is so much uncertainty about future inflation, interest rates and market performance.
