Simple Savings Rate INCREASE!

Capital One Direct Banking (0 stars) - Details
Oddly enough, after having lowered the rate of the internet-only InterestPlus Savings, Capital One Bank raised the rate on their in-branch Simple Savings account by 5 basis points, to 1.15% APY (was 1.10% APY)!

Wil:  More CapOne market segmenting.  The rate is still 1.10% in Houston for 2,500+.  That's alright - the cost of living is higher in the NE so you deserve (need) it ;-)
