Just about done with BofA. All they do is raise rates, lower customer service and deny requests for loans and credit. I have recently moved to a local Credit Union where i will probably be moving ALL of my accounts. The only reason to stay with BofA is the sheer number of ATM's but that is increasingly becoming unnecessary due to interexchange agreements between smaller banks.
They just don't seem to get it and if they did not have so much in assets, they might be able to see the forest for the trees.

"geritt" is the typical BofA customer who is virtually held hostage by the number of ATM's that BofA and other banks like Wells Fargo, Citi and chase have proliferated around the country. The "too big to fail" banks don't want these customers to know that there are banks and credit unions out there that will reimburse fees imposed by "foreign" ATM's. By the time the customer has had it with the fees, shabby customer service and lousy deposit rates these banks have made a bundle off of them. It's just unbelievable that people do business with these anti-customer service monstrosities.
